2. Booking & Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or limited future availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices for services are provided during the quote or consultation process.
• Final pricing may vary based on diagnostics, labor, and parts needed.
• Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and approved business accounts.

4. Warranty & Liability

• We stand by the quality of our repairs. Parts and labor may be covered by a limited warranty, depending on the service.
• Warranty terms will be provided upon request and may vary by job.
• South Bay Diesels is not liable for pre-existing damage, aftermarket part failures, or misuse of the vehicle post-service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and service needs.
• You are responsible for picking up your vehicle promptly after repairs are complete unless delivery is arranged.
• Failure to pick up a vehicle may result in storage fees after 5 business days.

6. SMS & Communication Consent

By submitting a form, booking an appointment, or contacting us, you consent to receive service-related updates and occasional promotional messages via SMS and email. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

7. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse our website, engage in illegal activity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
